All designs, visuals, and materials displayed are protected by copyright and are not for commercial or personal use without a licensing agreement.
Product Sales Disclaimer

Products sold on this website (e.g. prints, merchandise, digital goods) may be fulfilled by third-party services.

The Freelancer is not responsible for:

Product defects or variations

Quality control by third-party manufacturers

Delays, damages, or losses in shipping and handling

User Responsibilities

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the province or state where the Freelancer resides. Any legal disputes will be handled in accordance with local jurisdiction.

SECTION B: CONTRACT TERMS
Proposal Validity & Agreement Scope

All proposal agreements represent the entire understanding between the Client and the Freelancer.

All modifications must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
Payment Terms
-
A non-refundable deposit is required before work commences.

Payment due dates may shift to align with agreed-upon deliverable milestones.

If the Client cancels the project at any stage, the deposit is forfeited.

If the Freelancer cancels, the Client will receive a refund for any uncompleted work.

If the project timeline is delayed by more than four (4) weeks due to Client-side issues (e.g., lack of communication, scope change, or feedback delay), the final payment becomes due, regardless of completion status.
Third-Party Costs

The project does not include third-party fees unless otherwise stated in writing.
These may include, but are not limited to:-
Printing and production

Subscriptions or software licenses

Stock images, fonts, or assets
-
Shipping and handling fees
-
Ownership & Intellectual Property

All designs, assets, and creative deliverables remain the property of the Freelancer until full and final payment is received.

Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the Client.

The Freelancer retains the right to display any completed work in her portfolio, social media, or promotional materials, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
Liability Limitations

The Freelancer’s total liability for any claim related to the project is limited to the amount paid by the Client.

The Freelancer is not liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages
-
Delays caused by third parties
-
Misuse or misinterpretation of design work
